Abstract: This is a polygonal dataset representing the U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port Zones throughout the United States. This data was developed by USCG - OSC Enterprise GIS based on Title 33, Code of Federal Regulations Part 3.

Purpose: This data set is useful for depicting U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port Zones. The Captain of the Port Offices operate within defined geographical areas of the United States, its territories, and possessionsluding portions of the high seas adjacent thereto. The description of the districts is established by the Commandant under the authority delegated by 33 CFR 3.01 to 3.85.
